Shaping a Responsible Future
At Hantex Denim, sustainability is at the core of every process. From recycling and water conservation to energy efficiency and eco-friendly technologies, we’re dedicated to reducing our environmental impact while delivering high-quality denim. Our continuous efforts reflect a commitment to ethical manufacturing and a cleaner, greener future for the industry.
Caustic Recovery Plant:
At Hantex, sustainability begins with smarter resource management. Our Caustic Recovery Plant efficiently recycles caustic soda used in the mercerizing process, reducing both chemical waste and overall consumption. Through this closed-loop system, we successfully recover and reuse more than 70% of caustic soda, minimizing environmental impact while maintaining production excellence.
Effluent Treatment Plant:
Hantex operates a fully equipped water treatment facility designed to purify and recycle water used throughout production. The system effectively removes contaminants and meets both local environmental regulations and ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) standards. Currently, around 50% of treated water is reused within the plant, with ongoing efforts to expand this capacity to 70% in the near future.
Zero Carbon Emission:
Our advanced CO₂ recovery system captures all carbon emissions generated during power and steam production. The recovered gas is reused within our treatment process, minimizing environmental impact and eliminating the use of hazardous chemicals.
Textile Recycling Plant:
Hantex’s recycling facility efficiently handles both pre-consumer and post-consumer waste. By converting discarded materials back into usable fibers, we minimize waste and promote a circular manufacturing model that supports long-term sustainability.
